Originated as an optical research institution affiliated with Shanghai University.
July 2003
Established Shanghai Guanghe Optics Manufacturing Co., Ltd. along with the management restructuring (privatization).
August 2009
Established two subsidiaries: Shanghai Hehong New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Hehong International Trading Co., Limited. As an authorized distributor of Germany SCHOTT and US 3M, the company officially launched full-scale operation of high-grade glass materials and abrasives business.
July 2011
Concluded a strategic alliance with a major professional Japanese electronic components trading company and expanded into the cover glass market.
September 2014
Completed shareholding restructuring and renamed to Shanghai Guanghe Optics Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
November 2014
Listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) with stock code: 831460.
